Two birthdays, one reading

BaZi ("eight characters") is the classical Chinese birth chart, built from the date and hour you were born. Enter both birthdays — or send the other person a link so they can enter their own.

How do you want to add the second birthday?

I know both birthdays

Enter both and reveal the reading right now.

I only know mine

Send your partner a link — they add their own birthday, and you both see the reading.

Role in the chart

Classical reading pairs two charts in a Yang (active) and a Yin (receptive) role. Assign one to each person — it’s a reading position, not a statement about gender, and same-role pairs are scored symmetrically.

Date of birthHour of birthThe birth hour adds one more pillar to a chart. Without it the reading still works — one dimension is skipped rather than guessed.Birth timezone (optional)Add a birth hour above to enable the timezone adjustment.
